1. My mouse doesn't work very well/ doesn't work at all.

Have you ever cleaned your mouse? Take a look at the backside, remove the lit and the ball, and clean any dust there. If it doesn't improve the performance, it is time to buy a new mouse.
If the mouse doesn't' work at all, maybe connection is loose. Check the back of the computer and make sure it plugged in properly.

2. What is Safe Mode?

Safe mode is window's mode that loads only basic files and drivers (mouse, monitor, keyboard, default system services and so on.  If your windows do not load up, you can find out what's wrong your systems.  If the problems are found in the registry, this safe mode tends to fix the registry file automatically.  In other words, if your windows still do not load up, the problem is not in the registry file.

8. How to upgrade RAM?

Before attempting any form of upgrade to your computer, be sure to ground yourself effectively such as wearing an ESD wrist strap.  It doesn't matter if your computer is plugged in or not, there is still enough of a charge between yourself and the electronic components that could harm you and your computer.

Remove the case and locate the slots.  The next step is to orient the ram card according to the layout of the memory slots.  They will in most cases, only fit one way. Snap the RAM in a free slot. It is highly recommended to consult the store you bought the computer from or a technician when you upgrade your RAM if you are not sure what type of RAM you should buy.
